Hmmmm. Exercise is only boring if you THINK it's exercise. It's all in the mind, like the difference between "work" and "sports". Two ways of adding enjoyment to exercise and subsequently reducing boredom are to add music (do exercise to a beat) or make it social (workout buddy or group activities). Both of these techniques are responsible for the success of BodyPump and other group weightlifting classes in some gyms.
