Hey Eric, welcome to itsgottabefun on ning. Nice to see you here. If you have any questions you can message or comment individual members or you you can start a discussion to reach all members. If, on the other hand, you want to let everybody know something you can post a blog. If you are starting a fitness program, you might want to leave some "before" photos for comparison later. Try a pose that you can duplicate later....and shirtless helps in the comparison. Cheers,
