About Me: How you keep active and healthy
I'm a fitness instructor, but not your average fitness industry type of guy. I found that fitness was fun for me if I could exercise to loud, fast music. In fact I enjoyed it so much that I eventually became a group exercise instructor. Figure out what activity makes you want to move and you'll be fit for life! What FITNESS activity do you recomend to members?
Aerobics is only for women, right? That's what I thought. And I was wrong!

Participating in a group aerobic exercise class is one of the best ways for guys to keep their heart in good condition, and at the same time have a bit of fun and meet other people. It's also a superb way to achieve better muscle definition. Some guys who lift weights get frustrated when their efforts don't show due to a bit of excess body fat. Slim yourself down by adding aerobic exercise to your routine, and reveal the physique you worked hard to develop. Don't worry if it feels awkward at first. Like any new activity, it takes time to learn even the basics. Pick one instructor that you like and get used to their routine before moving on. That way you are not always playing "catch-up" with the rest of the participants.
What FITNESS question do you want to ask?
Simple question, but not always a simple answer. What physical activity do you like enough to get your butt off the TV couch or away from the computer a few times each week.

It's all about you!
With so much fitness focus on health clubs, gyms and high tech equipment, we sometimes lose track of the fact that we can stay very fit without ever hitting the gym or lifting a brand-name weight. Yeah sure! I have just been doing the normal stuff that one would see in any Muscle Fitness Mag , Right now I am doing two muscle groups three nights a week, running and core on the other nights. I could go in detail that would take a while!
