Pushups
Lay face down, chest on the floor, hands palm down close to your chest. Make your body rigid from the knees (or if possible from the toes) and gently push your chest up off the floor. Lower your body almost to the floor. Repeat this until you can't do any more.

How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. And the sooner you start eating, the sooner you'll be done. It's the same with fitness. Start here and start now! Do a little bit at a time, but do it right away.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (read this AFTER you have finished your first set of pushups):
- This exercise primarily works the arms and the chest but benefits many other muscles.
- Use your tummy muscles to hold yourself rigid.
- Raise and lower your body slowly and steadily.
- Be sure your seat is not raised (unless you really are a beginner and can't keep your body rigid)
- Don't hold your breath as you do this.
- Try to almost touch your chest to the floor each time you lower it.
- This is a simple buy very tough and effective exercise.
- It may take a while to become used to doing several pushups in a row. Just do what you can.

Stop reading this and do a second set of pushups -as many as you can.

Then rest for several minutes and do a 3rd set.

That's it. Do this exercise 3-4 times each week (about every second day)
