ItsGottaBeFun

Hey guys! Fitness Should Be Fun!

OK so I received a bodybuilding tip from a friend of mine, who is an extremely successful body builder by the way. My question to him was how do I get the biceps to really pop? Or how do I get the peak on the top of the biceps to grow. I took his advice and started doing the two exercises that he suggested. Man I tell you he is dead on. I totally get a major pump on my arms.
So I wanted to share with the group and perhaps get some feed back on what everyone is doing for their arms workouts.

What you have to do is incorporate these two routines on top of what you are already doing on your arm nights.

First grab a 45-pound bench bar and squat down like you are going to take a dump. Hold this position and begin curling the bar all the way up as far as you can go and allow yourself to obtain full extension on the down. What you are looking for here is three sets 10 to 15 reps. Bump the weight as needed.

Next try doing your dumbbell curls while on the incline bench. When you bring up the dumbbell make sure that you are twisting your wrist to the inside keeping the dumbbells parallel to your chest and do a slow negative on the way down. Pump the left side and pump the right side. Do a full extension.

I am not sure why, but this exercise is very effective. I did notice that this exercise is a little strange until you get used to controlling it.

Guaranteed to kick your biceps into body building action.
