ItsGottaBeFun is about fitness - no sexually explcit material, please!

ItsGottaBeFun is about becoming and staying fit. It's about wellness and being healthy. Although a certain amount of admiration of the human form is expected in the pursuit of fitness and casual nudity is considered natural in that context, this site does not allow sexually explicit written and visual material. Members who post sexual material will have that material removed and/or will be banned from the site. These actions may be taken at the sole discretion of the moderators and may be without notice.
 

A SIMPLE TRUTH

Nutrition. It's very simple. Eat fruit, vegetables, grains, nuts, beans, fish, and lean meat. Drink water. Food should be as fresh/local as possible and should be as unprocessed as possible. That's it. no more, no less.

If you are not eating that way all the time then don't even think of using supplements of any kind. Supplements should never be used as a replacement for real food. For the few of you who have a heavy training regimen and you are eating right, only then should you consider multivitamins or other products that "top up the tank". Do not get side-tracked by the advertising, the peer pressure, or the quick fix promises. Eat right.

With so much fitness focus on health clubs, gyms and high tech equipment, we sometimes lose track of the fact that we can stay very fit without ever hitting the gym or lifting a brand-name weight.
